If you find that not all the Pro features are available for your copy of WooCommerce Product Add-Ons Ultimate, first ensure that you have entered the licence key.
You can then try to deactivate then reactivate the licence. This should trigger the update.
If, after a few minutes, the upgrade still hasn’t triggered, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product Add-Ons > Licence.:
- Deactivate the licence
- Delete the licence key entirely
- Save the settings page
- Then re-enter the licence key
- Save.
Note: the download files for Basic and Pro are the same – you don’t need to download any different files.
