If your subscription has been cancelled and you would like to reactivate it, you just need to follow these steps:
- Go to your Account page (and log in if necessary)
- Click on the Subscriptions tab
- Find the product that you wish to reactivate and just click the ‘Reactivate’ link on the right – see screenshot below
What happens if I can’t reactivate the subscription?
If the subscription can’t be reactivated – perhaps the payment gateway won’t allow it – you can just purchase a new licence for the same product. You won’t be charged twice, you won’t need to reinstall the plugin, and you won’t lose any settings. The plugin will continue to work as before.
