If you upgrade your licence but find that not all the Pro features are available, first ensure that you have entered the licence key.
You can then try to deactivate then reactivate the licence. This should trigger the update.
If, after a few minutes, the upgrade still hasn’t triggered, please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Product Add-Ons > Licence.:
- Deactivate the licence
- Delete the licence key entirely
- Save the settings page
- Then re-enter the licence key
- Save.
Still not working?
If you find that the Pro features are still not unlocking, please confirm that you have purchased a Pro licence and not just a Basic licence. You can upgrade your licence by following these steps.
