WooCommerce Members Only will send emails after specific events: for example, when a new user registers on your site.
Each email is configurable and customizable using the default WooCommerce emails settings – so you can enable/disable emails, edit text, user placeholders, preview emails, and so on. You can find out more about configuring standard WooCommerce emails here.

Here’s a list of each email available with Members Only.

Registration Review
This email will send when you have enabled the option to review new user registrations. When a new user registers on your site, the site admin will receive this email details of their registration and a link to review the user’s profile.
This template includes some additional placeholders:
{review_link}
– this will include a link to the registered user’s profile page{user_details}
– this will include a table of user details, including any custom fields you have added to the registration form
Registration Approval
This email will send when you have enabled the option to review new user registrations. When the site admin approves a new user registration, the user will confirmation via email.
This template includes some additional placeholders:
{log_in_link}
– this will include a link to log-in page for the user
Registration Rejection
This email will send when you have enabled the option to review new user registrations. When the site admin rejects a new user registration, the user will be informed via email.
Membership Expiry
This email will send to the user when they have a membership that is due to expire shortly. (You can set when these emails are sent using the ‘Reminder Email’ setting in Plans).
This template includes some additional placeholders:
{product_id}
– the ID of the product linked to the expiring membership{product_name}
– the product name{product_url}
– the product URL{expires}
– the date that the membership will expire
Order Rejected
This email will send when you are using the ‘Teams’ feature that limits certain users’ maximum spend. When the a team manager rejects an order submitted by one of their team, the team member will be notified via email.
